Support Letters

Our First Letter of Support comes from

His Holiness the Dalai Lama of Tibet

July 13, 2003

Your Holiness,

On October 11, 2003, the School of Metaphysics will dedicate what we believe to be the world’s first Peace Dome. We ask your blessing for this undertaking.

We envision the Peace Dome will be a place where people of all countries, religions, creeds, races can come together in brotherhood. As the text of the Universal Peace Covenant says, “living peaceably begins by thinking peacefully.” We strive to live the Universal principles we teach.

Some of our students met you in 1993 at the Chicago Parliament of the World’s Religions, others hoped to gain an audience with you when they traveled to Dharmsala as the first People to People Delegation of metaphysicians. At that time I am told a Covenant was given to one of the brothers.

We are asking that people read the Universal Peace Covenant aloud on October 11th at 6 p.m. UT (I believe that will be midnight in Dharmsala).
Will you honor us by doing so wherever you are?

Our gratitude and deep respect is with you for the dharma you fulfill in our world. We hope you will consider this Peace sanctuary another home.

May peace be with you all ways, on behalf of all students, I am

Barbara Condron
