Experience the Taraka Yoga exercise specifically designed for the Harmonic Convergence of 2003

"Peace is the breath of our spirit.
It wells up from within the depths of our being to refresh, to heal, to inspire.

Peace is our birthright.
Its eternal presence exists within us as a memory of where we have come from and as a vision of where we yearn to go."
-From the Universal Peace Covenant

The Harmonic Convergence marked the moment in time when the influences of the heavens, of our universe, produced a energies that would assist in the evolution of human consciousness. Mankind has always studied the heavens. Whether tracking the stars to navigate the oceans or to find signs of a fortunate birth, the relationship between Heaven and Earth is at the core of our existence. We survive on this tiny ball whirling in space at the benevolence of a vast complex of celestial beings. The largest element in those Heavens – space.

There are those in the various sciences who are gathering a formidable body of knowledge about the field of Consciousness. The knowledge points to our destiny as human beings to create a breakthrough into a new conscious reality. In this spirit, we share a version of the Taraka Yoga form Dr. Barbara Condron created and taught at the College of Metaphysics in the heartland of the USA on November 8, 2003.

Moving through these steps exercises your mind and spirit, helping you to unify your consciousness in a manner that allows for more complete awareness of the healing energies now available to this planet. Although designed specifically for the time of the Harmonic Concordance, going through this exercise will quicken your understanding of yourself and your reason for being in the world any time it is performed. It will also enable you to tap into the incredible energies that have been available to us since these three weeks in November 2003.

“We do not weave the web of life - we are merely a strand in it.
Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves.”
