October 2003 Peace Dome Update
Peace Dome Update ADD (after Dome dedication)
What a whirlwind of creative energy and productivity!!! A week prior to October 11 saw 10 students and 4 field directors join forces with the eighteen living at the College of Metaphysics to complete the task of preparing the College and completing the construction on the Peace Dome for the Moment of Peace. It truly was a remarkable week. Each day we posted what was needed for completion, what had been done, and what was completed.
On the Peace Dome itself, we took away all the construction materials, tiled the front foyer, installed toilets and sinks, carpeted all the rooms, cleaned and cleaned, and completed the outside landscaping adding flowers, mulch, sparkly stones, shrubs and grass seed. The area was pruned and cleaned.
Then the Peace Dome received displays on the first floor including TVs for people to look at a video that showed the Peace Dome being built. Tables were set up to receive people and showcase the rocks from around the world that will be placed on the healing wall. The wall of the main room was used to display the Peace Proclamations that we received from the country of Northern Cypress, the State of Tennessee, and many cities from Miami to Honolulu. A giant 300 pound candle made by the Springfield School was placed on the outside and we were ready to receive.
Already, the Peace Dome has been used this week for spiritual growth. Sunday evening, October 12th, Dr. Pam Blosser lead healing class, October 13th Dr. Dan Condron taught metaphysics class and Tuesday, October 14th Dr. Barbara and Dr. Dan Condron gave the first Health Analyses session in the intuitive report room. See enclosed articles for details on these experiences.
All in all the Peace Dome is definitely for the world. Peace has been firmly planted and will continue to grow and emanate from the College of Metaphysics fulfilling the ideal of the School of Metaphysics. I look forward to sharing with you the continued progress of the building of the College of Metaphysics. The Peace Dome has been a great step in creating this campus and preparing the world for 2012.
