THREE STEPS MAKE A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE!

Steps for submitting a request for a proclamation in your city/state/country.

First become a SOMA member. This will give you the authority to act on behalf of the School of Metaphysics and the Universal Hour of Peace so when government officials call to confirm we can verify your actions on SOM's behalf.

Second copy the wording for the proclamation and adjust information for your local mayor/governor/etc. and the appropriate dates for the next Universal Hour of Peace (December 3lst 11:30 p.m. throught January 1st 12:30 p.m.)

Third write a cover letter stating who you are, why you believe a Universal Hour of Peace should be declared in your city/state, and asking your government leader to join with other leaders supporting this noble endeavor. Wait for a response. Sometimes the government office will call, sometimes they just mail the proclamation. If we receive it, notice will be posted here at this site and you will receive a parchment copy of the Universal Peace Covenant suitable for framing for your home or office. If they send it to you please forward to us so we can include all original proclamations in our Wall of Peace in our new Peace Dome on the College of Metaphysics Campus.
