On Saturday, February 15, 2003 many students were gathered at the College of Metaphyiscs. After lunch everyone walked to an area just west of the Peace Dome.
We had gathered at a spot where a three foot deep hole had been dug. Next to the hole was a six foot tall octahedron. An octahedron is a sacred geometric figure created by two pyramids sharing the same base. One pyramid points down and one pyramid points up.
This site had been chosen because it was at a place where two ley lines cross each other in an intersection. Ley lines are the acupuncture meridians or energy meridians of the living planet Earth. There are a number of these ley line intersections on the College of Metaphysics campus. This intersection is the one closest to the Peace Dome and the Main Building.
Several years before I had begun developing a vision and perception of the energy lines or ley lines on the College of Metaphysics campus and their relationship to the Earth Grid of ley lines both on the planet and above and around planet Earth.

As I imaged and visualized my desire students began coming to me with areas of expertise that aligned with my vision. John Crainshaw who at the time was a student and teacher at our School of Metaphysics in Webster Groves came to me one day and mentioned he was interested in dowsing. John said he would like to dowse the College of Metaphysics campus to see if he could find the ley lines. The campus is 1500 acres in size so I suggested specific areas in which he could begin. John said yes he would love to do that.
A few weeks later Tad Messenger, a graduate student at the College of Metaphysics said he had talked with John Crainshaw and would like to know if he could help locate the ley lines. Tad has a certain sensitivity to Earth vibrations. He is part native-American. This lifelong connection with Mother Earth lead him to work in landscape design for several years. Tad also majored in and received degrees in Geology and Religion.
I told Tad that would be great and suggested he could build pyramids and we would place them at the ley line intersections. He seemed very happy and excited about this.
The first pyramid was placed near the path to the outdoor chapel, a beautiful site that sits on a large hill overlooking the Niangua River Valley below. I instructed Tad to construct the pyramid out of copper tubing because copper is a good conductor and stabilizer of Earth energies.
Tad build the pyramid with the help of John Crainshaw and we installed the first pyramid on the College of Metaphysics campus.
Several years prior to this I had talked with many people and companies about alternative sources of energy such as solar and wind for our College of Metaphysics campus. One of the owners of a company asked me if I had any use for pre-made corner pieces for pyramids. He said he bought them a long time ago in the 1970's when pyramids were popular. He said he had never sold them. He said we could have them if we wanted them so I said, sure, that would be great.
When I first talked with Tad about making the pyramids and octahedrons I showed him the metal corners that had been given a couple of years before. Tad went to work immediately to make the first pyramids and later octahedrons using the metal corners.

The second pyramid was near the site where the Peace Dome was to be built.
Next I intuitively realized, together with reasoning, that an octahedron have a much more powerful effect in uniting Earth and Sky energies. An octahedron would unite Mother Earth with the energy grid surrounding planet Earth as well as other energies in the Universe. An Octahedron placed along the conjunction of ley lines would bring the scientific and spiritual energy of Heaven and Earth in greater amounts and higher degrees to the 1500 acre College of Metaphysics campus.
The first octahedron was placed at the intersection of two ley lines which are located on the Octagon hill. It was placed in a hole three feet deep. The octahedron was now stationed 3 feet above ground and 3 feet below ground. The first octahedron on the College of Metaphysics was now functioning. It was up and running.
The second Octahedron was put in place in February 2003. It was built by Tad Messenger and John Crainshaw. A 3 foot deep hole was dug just west of the Peace DOME.
It was Saturday afternoon and many people were gathered there. The Adam class, the 3rd series class, the College of Metaphysics students and faculty as well as other students of the School of Metaphysics.
Everyone was there to see the second Octahedron and its relationship to the energy meridians on the campus. Then Tad talked about his part in constructing the Octahedrons after I had introduced him. Next I introduced John Crainshaw and he talked about dowsing and how he came to locate the ley lines. He said he studied about dowsing while living in St. Louis. He then talked to me about practicing what he had learned on the College of Metaphysics campus.
Next the Octahedron was put in place in the hole that had been previously dug at the intersection of two ley lines. Tad used his compass to align it to true north. After this was accomplished everyone pitched in to shovel dirt into the hole which insured the octahedron would remain firmly in place.
Finally it was accomplished. The Octahedron was in place and was performing its function of enhancing the energies of the College of Metaphysics. Through this enhancement of energies of the living planet Earth this College of Metaphysics campus will become more and more a sacred site on Earth. Being in its vibratory field will aid each student to quicken the inner life of the Self. Being close to the Peace Dome will enable both structure's qualities to enhance the others.
